Depending upon the size of the property, it could vary from 30 minutes to an hour and a half. We come back with a detailed report within two to five business days depending on whether mould testing was also undertaken.
We invest reasonable time and effort into surveying your property and putting together an unbiased report without any vested interest in our services. We only identify the problem when it is actually there. Our business approach does not rely on hooking clients up with FREE inspections and then driving the cost up in the actual remediation process.
It really depends upon the size of the property, type of the affected areas and whether the affected areas need any structural tampering. Generally, it could be between two to five days.
We service Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane.
Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Mon-Fri. We also provide same day inspections if the booking has been made between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

No, this will only provide a temporary visual solution. Along with water, paint may contain substances that mould uses as food, thus only further encouraging its growth. We have seen instances where a mould contaminated surface has been wiped and painted over and this hasn’t prevented the spores from pushing through the paintwork.
No, it can actually worsen the problem. Mould cells have an extremely tough coating which protects them against most chemicals and detergents. Bleach is a water-based substance, and when chlorine evaporates from it after application, only water is left—which mould can feed on.
We only use non-toxic and environmentally friendly products for mould remediation. All of our products are 100% safe for adults, kids, pets and plants. Furthermore, we seal off the areas that are contaminated to ensure that mould spores do not spread and contaminate the unaffected areas during the treatment process.
We guarantee no mould will cultivate on surfaces treated by Protect Plus for ONE full year, or we will return and retreat it for free, provided additional water/moisture does not occur and original moisture source problems have been addressed. Any post treatment leaks and damp and moisture issues should be rectified immediately by a professional as this will void the warranty. Any post-treatment remedial works should be undertaken whilst the treated areas are isolated so to prevent any contamination spreading to the other areas. Failure to do this will also void the warranty.
